VARIETY IS OUR THING

A harmonious fusion between East and West, we present a diverse 3-course menu, specialising in our signature smoked beef.

Originally a food preservation method, meat smoking is now done more so for the unique flavours and textures that it conjures.

Our beef brisket and ribs are smoked with rambutan wood in a custom-built offset smoker for 18 hours or even longer, tenderising and rendering the meat into delicious, aromatic and mouth-watering work of art.

True to our philosophy of “Smoked & Brewed”, we also offer a variety of coffee and tea to complement our food.
